引导式教育在脑瘫儿童康复中的疗效分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨引导式教育在脑瘫患儿康复治疗中的应用效果.方法 对照组给予临床常规康复治疗;研究组在常规康复治疗基础上加入引导式教育模式.记录两组脑瘫患儿临床治疗效果,给予统计学分析后得出结论.结果 两组脑瘫患儿经不同方法治疗后粗大运动评定及Barthel评分均较治疗前有所提高,且研究组提高幅度更为理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脑瘫患儿在实施常规康复训练基础上加入引导式教育模式可显著提高其治疗效果,有利于保障患儿预后及生活质量. Objective To investigate the effect of the application of conductive education on the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods The control group received routine clinical rehabilitation;research group joined conductive education mode on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.After recorded clinical effect of two groups of children with cerebral palsy,for statistical analysis and concluded.Results GMFM and Barthel scores of the two groups after treatment were improved than those of before treatment,and the increase rate was more ideal in study group.The difference was significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Application of conductive education combined with routine clinical rehabilitation can significantly improve the therapeutic effect on children with cerebral palsy,and can help to protect prognosis and life quality of the cerebral palsy children.
