益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭消化道症状的效果观察

Effect of kidney dampness particles on chronic renal failure with gastrointestinal symptoms

目的 探讨采用益肾化湿颗粒对慢性肾衰竭消化道症状患者进行治疗的临床效果.方法 随机选取确山县人民医院2011年9月至2014年3月收治的慢性肾衰竭患者90例,将其随机平均分配为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医疗法进行治疗,实验组采用益肾化湿颗粒进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 实验组临床总治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭消化道症状疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kidney dampness granules on gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Ninty patients with chronic renal failure in the people＇ s hospital of Queshan from September 2011 to March 2014 were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,the patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in experiment group were treated with dampness particles kidney treatment,the clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Kidney dampness granules in the treatment of chronic renal failure with gastrointestinal symptoms has significant effect,it is safe and reliable,is recommended to further promoted in clinical practice.
