论国家文化贸易安全--基于国际文化贸易比较的视角

On the Security of National Cultural Trade:From the Perspective of International Cultural Trade Comparison

21世纪以来,全球化步伐进一步加快,世界贸易体系日趋成熟,国际文化贸易已成为国家间贸易谈判的重要内容,而频繁的文化产品与服务贸易与市场化机制往往伴随着他国文化扩张及文化价值观渗透。因此有必要在界定国家文化贸易安全内涵和特征的基础上,分析国家文化贸易中面临的文化安全问题。通过对美、法、日、韩与中国的文化贸易进出口量比较及其影响因素分析,提出国际文化贸易安全形势判断的基本依据,并考察现行国际文化贸易安全现状,展望当前国际文化贸易安全形势及其趋势。

The pace of globalization has been further accelerating since the beginning of 21 st century when the world trade system becomes increasingly mature. International cultural trade constitutes the important contents of trade negotiations between countries; and frequent trade of cultural products and service as well as the market mechanism is often accompanied by cultural expansion and value infusion from other countries. Accordingly,it is necessary to analyze the national cultural security in cultural trade after defining the connotations and characteristics of national cultural trade security. Through comparing the export volume of cultural trade in the United States,France,Japan,Korea and China and analyzing related factors,the paper proposes the basic criteria for the security of international cultural trade,investigates the current security of international cultural trade,and looks forward to the current situation in this respect and its trend.
