活血胶囊对气虚血瘀大鼠血浆中游离氨基酸的影响

摘要 目的检测气虚血瘀证大鼠接受活血胶囊治疗后血浆中9种氨基酸的浓度。方法将采用力竭游泳与饥饿造模的40只SD大鼠分成气虚血瘀模型组和活血胶囊组,另选10只SD大鼠作为正常对照组。眼球取血,血样分析采用高效液相色谱法,以邻苯二甲醛进行柱前衍生。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血浆中丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸的浓度显著升高(P〈0.01),天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸及异亮氨酸的浓度显著降低(P〈0.01)。活血胶囊剂量为2~8 g/kg时,均可不同程度地逆转上述氨基酸的变化,且呈剂量依赖性关系。结论活血胶囊能够通过影响氨基酸的浓度提高机体免疫功能,从而达到治疗气虚血瘀证的效果。 AIM To detect the content changes of nine amino acids from plasma in rats with qi deficiency and blood stasis after receiving Huoxue Capsules. METHODS Forty rats that formed the syndrome with qi deficiency and blood stasis after receiving exhaustive swimming and starvation were assigned into model group and Huoxue Capsules group. Another ten normal rats served as the control group. The blood samples were collected from the eyepits and analyzed by HPLC with pre-column derivatization. RESULTS The contents of serine and phenylalanine increased significantly in the model group,while the contents of aspartic acid,glutamic acid,glycine,tyrosine,tryptophan and isoleucine reduced significantly. Huoxue Capsules( 2- 8 g / kg) could reverse the changes of above amino acids in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION The results show that Huoxue Capsules can treat the syndrome with qi deficiency and blood stasis by impacting the metabolic pathway of amino acids.
