摘要
高重频被动调Q固体激光器可广泛应用于高精度激光雷达、微型激光光源、环境探测和微细加工等众多领域,近年来已成为窄脉宽激光研究的热点。当前,为提高激光器的性能所采用的主要技术手段为被动调Q振荡器技术、被动调Q高稳定性主动控制技术以及被动调Q激光放大技术。本文从以上3个方面出发,对国内外高重复频率被动调Q固体激光器的研究进展进行了归纳与总结,介绍了各种技术的不同实施方式,并对高重复频率被动调Q固体激光器的进一步发展及应用给予了展望。
Passively Q-switched solid-state lasers with high repetition rates can be widely used in many fields like precision laser radar, miniature laser source, environmental detection and fine processing, which have attracted considerable interests as narrow pulse laser source in recent years. The main techniques for improving the laser's performance include passively Q-switched oscillator, actively-controllable passively Q-switched laser and power amplifier. In this paper, the domestic and international progress on high repetition rates passively Q-switched solid- state lasers are summarized from the above three aspects and the various embodiments of every scheme. In addition, the prospect and applications of the lasers are discussed in the article.
