摘要 对不同冷轧压下率(55%、65%、75%、85%)的高强IF钢进行了不同工艺的盐浴退火。研究了冷轧压下率和退火工艺对高强IF钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,确定了最佳冷轧压下率和退火温度范围。结果表明高强IF钢退火温度840-860℃且冷轧压下率65%-75%时,达到较好的强塑性匹配。 The high strength IF steel of the different cold rolling reduction ratios (55%, 65%, 75%, 85%) was annealed by salt-bath method with different processes. The effects of cold rolling reduction ratio and annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength IF steel were studied. And the annealing temperature range and cold rolling reduction ratio were determined. The results show that high strength IF steel annealing temperatures are 840-860℃ and cold rolling reduction ratios are 65% -75%, which reaches optimal matching of strength and plasticity.
