Effect of Casting Pressure on Microstructure and Properties of Aluminum Alloy Auxiliary Vehicle Frame by Squeeze Casting

摘要 以A1-Si系多元A356铝合金为研究对象,通过挤压铸造成形,研究了挤压铸造过程中铝合金副车架组织与性能的变化规律。结果表明在间接挤压铸造过程中,浇铸温度为700-720℃、模具预热温度为240℃、保压时间为20 s时,随着压射比压的升高,铸件缩孔疏松等缺陷大幅消除,铸件的组织得到细化,力学性能提高。 Taking A356 Al alloy as study object, by squeezing casting deformation, the change rule between microstructure and properties of the auxiliary vehicle flame of Al alloy was studied. The results show that with the increase of casting pressure, the shrinkage porosity and other defects of flame are eliminated under several pouring temperature of 700-720℃, mold preheating temperature of 240℃ and dwell time of 20 s. Then, the microstructure of the samples become much finer and the mechanical properties improve.
