摘要
形变热处理能有效提高材料的强度和塑性,是一种方便实用的强韧化方法。采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜等方法研究了不同变形量和不同时效温度的形变热处理对TC4合金组织和性能的影响,结果能为生产提供依据。
The thermo-mechanical treatment can effectively improve the strength and ductility of the material. It is a convenient and practical method of strengthening and toughening. The effects of thermo-mechanical treatment with different deformations and different aging temperatures on microstructure and properties of TC4 alloy were studied by using the methods of optics and electron microscope. The results can provide the basis for production.
