摘要
对高压开关用铝合金触座的挤压成形进行了计算及试验研究。采用有限元方法对零部件成形过程进行了模拟,揭示了挤压成形过程中的金属流动规律,并根据结果进行了挤压模具设计及优化。根据产品特点制定了合理的工艺方案,挤压出合格的触座零件。
The calculation and experimental study of aluminum alloy contact base extrusion forming for high-voltage switch were carried out. The forming process of parts was simulated by using finite element method. The flow law of the metal during the extrusion was revealed. And according to the simulation results, the design and optimization of the extrusion die were carried out. According to the characteristics of the product, a rational process scheme was constituted. Qualified contact bases were extruded.
