摘要
以BR1500HS高强度钢板为研究对象,基于传热学、相变动力学和弹塑性理论基础,建立了高强度钢热冲压成形的本构模型。基于Abaqus软件对其进行了二次开发,对某汽车A柱的局部U型件进行了热冲压成形模拟。以板料厚度变化和零件回弹量为评价参数,对比分析了自行开发模型与软件系统自带的Johnson-Cook模型得到的模拟结果。结果表明:所开发模型考虑了相变对材料的影响,模拟的结果更接近于实验值,更适用于指导实际生产。
Taking the BR1500HS high strength steel plate as the research object, the constitutive model of high strength steel hot stamping forming was established based on heat transfer theory, phase transformation kinetics and elastic-plastic mechanics. Its secondary development was carried out based on Abaqus software. Hot stamping process of local U-shaped part of a car's A-pillar was simulated. Taking sheet thickness and springback as evaluation parameters, the simulation results between the self-developed model and the Johnson-Cook model owned by Abaqus were compared. The results show that as the self-developed model considers the influence of the phase change, its Simulation result is much closer to the experimental values, and more suitable for guiding practical production.
