摘要
采用三种不同的埋弧自动焊接工艺,研究了不同焊接坡口形式和组合焊接工艺对双相不锈钢焊接接头显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同焊接工艺下的接头组织奥氏体体积分数多在40%-60%之间,接头抗拉强度与母材相当且均断于母材部位;采用X型坡口的SAW和V型坡口SAW+FCAW组合焊接工艺接头样品在-20℃下的冲击吸收功分别为180和102.3 J/cm^2。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint of 2205 duplex stainless steel at different welding processes were studied. The results show that the relative proportion of austenitic phase is 40%-60% at different welding processes parameters. The tensile strength of the welded joints is closed to the base material and the fracture location is on the side of the base material. The Charpy impact toughness of the welded joint of submerged arc automatic welding process of X type groove in SAW and V type groove in SAW+FCAW is 180 J/cm^2 and 102.3 J/cm^2, respectively.
