摘要 采用激光焊对NZ30K镁合金进行焊接,研究了激光功率、焊接速度和热输入对镁合金激光焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着激光功率的增加,镁合金正面熔宽变化不大,背面熔宽增加。镁合金焊缝正面和背面熔宽随着焊接速度的增加而减小。随着焊接热输入量增加,镁合金焊接接头抗拉强度增加。焊缝熔透后,抗拉强度随热输入增加变化不大,最大抗拉强度达到母材强度的79.8%。 The laser welding was used for welding NZ30K Mg alloy. The effects of laser power, welding speed and heat-input on the microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied. The results show that with the increase of laser power, the weld front width of joints change litter, and the weld back width increases. The weld front and back of weld width of magnesium alloy decrease with the increase of welding speed. With the increase of welding heat input, the tensile strength of Mg alloy welded joint increases. After weld penetration, the tensile strength of the welded joints change little with the increase of heat input, and the maximum tensile strength can reach 79.8% of that of Mg matrix metal.
