摘要
从微生物菌种保藏的历史出发,简要介绍食用菌菌种现状、保藏现状、保藏任务等,重点介绍了食用菌菌株不同保藏方法的应用及研究进展,供广大读者参考借鉴。
Base on the history of the microbial culture collection, the current situation and preservation, the task preservation of edible fungi were introduced. We focused on the research progress and application of edible fungus strains in different preser- vation methods, for reader＇s reference.
