摘要
海鲜菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)工厂化栽培过程中受多种因素影响。通过分别设置前期不同菌包重量、菌包培养时间与后期出菇光照强度、通风量和湿度,保持其它培养条件一致使其正常出菇,分析出菇前菌丝培养时间、菌袋重量与搔菌后光照强度、通风量、开袋补水对海鲜菇菌丝恢复、现蕾时间、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,菌丝培养110 d,产量最高,达(490.5±26.2)g·袋-1;海鲜菇产量随菌袋重量增加而提高,1.2 kg菌袋产量较高;光照强度会促使菇盖变大,200 lx光照强度下,菇盖适中,产量最高,达(464.5±18.6)g·袋-1;大通风量(每10分钟通气5 min)条件下菇盖明显增大,产量增高,达(465.5±32.1)g·袋-1;补水处理可以增加产量,提高生物学效率,产量达(466.0±25.3)g·袋-1。该研究对确定海鲜菇最适栽培条件,提高海鲜菇的产量与品质具有指导意义。
The growth of Hypsizygus marmoreus is affected by various factors. The weight and culture times of fungi bags in the early stage, light intensity, ventilation rate, humidity in the latter stages were designed respectively, and other con- ditions were kept the normal before fruiting in this experiment. The influence of the culture time, the weight of edible fungi bag, light intensity, ventilation rate, supplementing water on the yield and quality of H. marmoreus were discussed in this essay. Results showed that fungus bags raised to 110 days, and the highest yield was (490.5±26.2) g per bag. Production increased with the increase of the fungus bag's weight, fungus bag of 1.2 kg had highest production. The light intensity will prompt mushroom cap, and it got higher yield and moderate mushroom cap under 200 Ix light intensity. Mushroom cap increased obviously under more ventilation rate (5 min in every 10 min), and yield was also increased to (465.5±32.1) g per bag. Supplementing water treatment could increase yield and biological efficiency, and the yield was (466.0±25.3) g per bag. Through the research to determine the optimum cultivation conditions, it had practice signifi- cance for improving the yield and quality of H. marmoreus.
