蘑菇属9个种20个菌株的遗传关系

摘要 以Atp6、ITS、Rpb2基因片段分别构建了蘑菇属中9个种[白蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)、奶油蘑菇(棕色蘑菇)(A.bisporus)、(四孢)蘑菇(A.campestris)、大肥菇(A.bitorquis)、大紫蘑菇(A.auqustus)、野蘑菇(A.arvensis)、姬松茸(A.blazei)、酒色蘑菇(A.subrutilescens)、白林地蘑菇(A.silvicola)]20个菌株的分子遗传关系无根树。结果表明,ITS、Rpb2基因片段能够从某种程度对实验材料中的蘑菇种类进行区分;但Atp6基因片段因为进化较慢,其区分能力较差,不适于研究蘑菇属的遗传多样性。同时3个基因的联合分析较单一基因具有更好的分辨能力,所构建的亲缘关系树,可将9个种20个菌株划分为4个大的支系,进一步划分为7个明确的类群。 To evaluate the genetic diversity in some species of A garicus (A. bisporus, A. bisporus, A. campestris, A. bitorquis, A. auqustus, A. arvensis, A. blozei, A. subrutilescens, A. silvicola) based on the genomic sequences of Atp6, ITS and Rpb2, the phylogenetic tree of 20 Agar/cus strains were constructed in this paper. The results showed that the sequences of the ITS and Rpb2 could separate species of Agaricus, but the Atp6 failed. The evolutionary rate of Atp6 seems to be slower than ITS and Rpb2. Twenty strains have been divided into four major clusters and seven groups by combing the three genes. We got more ac- curate resolution using joint analysis of three geres than using a single gene.
