摘要
目的探讨Bcl-2、Bax和p53基因对人早孕期流产的影响。方法应用免疫组化ABC法检测Bcl-2、Bax和p53蛋白在孕7-9周绒毛和蜕膜组织细胞中的表达。结果 Bc1-2蛋白主要分布于孕7~9周绒毛合体滋养层细胞、蜕膜细胞的细胞质和细胞核中。与对照组相比,ART后流产的早孕期患者及反复性流产进行ART仍然流产的患者的BCL-2蛋白表达量显著低于对照组,同时,Bax与p53蛋白表达量显著高于对照组。结论 Bc1-2、Bax和p53蛋白表达失调可能与ART孕早期流产有关。
Objective To study the effect of Bcl- 2,Bax and P53 gene in human chorionic villus and decidual tissue during abortion of early pregnancy. Methods The expressions of Bcl- 2,Bax and p53 proteins in the cells of human chorionic villus and deciduas were observed by immunohistochemistry(ABC) from the 7th to the 9th week in early pregnancy. Expressions of Bcl- 2 and Bax and p53 proteins were detected by using special image. Results Bcl- 2 and Bax and p53 proteins had expressed in all syncytiotrophoblast cells and decidual cells. The positive expression rate of Bcl- 2 in the group two and group three was significantly decreased than in the control group. The positive expression rate of Bax and p53 in the group two and three was significantly higher than in the control group.Conclusion Intensive apoptosis,the increasing positive expression rate of Bax and p53,and the decreasing positive expression rate of Bcl- 2 in abortion of chorionic villus and decidual cells play critical roles in abortion of early pregnancy. The disturbances of normal programmed cell death homeostasis are caused by Bcl- 2/Bax and p53 contributes to abort in early pregnancy.
