美国信息素养新标准:元素养解读及其启迪

New Standard of Information Literacy in America: Understanding and Enlightenments of Meta Literacy

美国图书馆界牵头制定的信息素养标准在国际上产生重大影响;然而,信息技术的快速发展使得原有信息素养标准逐渐落后。美国大学与研究图书馆协会成立工作组开展信息素养新标准的探索工作,认为元素养将逐渐成为新时代美国信息素养的新标准,并对此积极开展研究和实践。文章首先回顾美国信息素养标准的演进过程,然后描述元素养的基本内涵、涉及的目标领域和元素养的定位,并在此基础上分析美国"元素养"新标准对我国的有益启迪。

The standard of information literacy, which American library area advocated and drew up, has great effect on inter- national countries. But the fast development of information technology makes previous information literacy standard drop behind gradually. Association of College ＆ Research Libraries （in short ACRL） establishes workgroup to launch information literacy new standard＇ s exploration work, thinks that meta literacy will generally become the new standard of information literacy in America. Then, the active research and practice are developed in the U. S. Firstly, this paper looks back the process of American information literacy standard, and describes meta literacy＇ s basic meaning, involved destination domain and fixed position. Based on this, the paper analyzes the beneficial enlightenments of new standard of American meta literacy for China.
