犁头尖属中药化学成分及抗肿瘤作用研究进展

Advance in studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Typhonium

犁头尖属为天南星科草本植物,全世界有35种,我国有13种,多种植物作为传统中药入药,具有显著的疗效。新发现该属植物含有木脂素类、酚及其酸类、脱镁叶绿酸及其衍生物等极性大、水溶性强的成分;现代药理学研究表明该属植物具有抗多种恶性肿瘤药理活性,并对其作用机理和机制进行了深入研究。本文对最近5年有关犁头尖属中药的化学成分及其抗肿瘤药理作用研究进行综述,为我国传统常用中药白附子及同属其他植物进一步研究提供参考。

Typhonium,belonging to the aroid family,is widely used in traditional medicine in Asia to treat various diseases including cancers and stroke with significant effect. Typhonium has around 35 species worldwide.China is the main distribution area with 13 species. Phytochemistry has previously paid little attention to water-soluble component of Typhonium. In a recent study,some highly polar and water-soluble components were discovered,such as lignans,phenolic acids,pheophorbide and its derivatives. Modern pharmacological research showed that the plants of Typhonium have antitumor,anti-ulcer,anti-HIV,anti-inflammatory,analgesia,anti-diarrhea constituents,etc. Among them,the antitumor ones have become the research focus now because of their notable pharmacological activities. The antitumor mechanisms were deeply studied,and breakthrough was made. This paper reviews the categorization of chemical constituents and antitumor activity found from Typhonium since 2008,aiming to provide some useful information for further study on T. giganteum and other plants of the same category.
