摘要
民航鸟击防范工作主要集中在机场鸟防责任区,但确切发生在责任区内的鸟击事故征候占鸟击事故征候总体的比例并不高。通过对中国民航和美国民航鸟击事故/事件数随高度分布的统计分析,发现有相当比例的鸟击事件(美国32.4%,中国44.6%)所发生的空间缺乏有效的风险缓解措施。指出了航空界通常意义上的"鸟击发生在机场附近"并不是机场工作人员能够采取措施有效防范鸟击的"机场附近",提出开展高空鸟击防范研究的提议。
In civil aviation, bird strike prevention is often carried out in the airport bird control area. But many serious bird strike incidents do not happen in these areas. Statistic analysis to bird- stikes happened in china and the USA reveals that a significant percentage of bird strike events (32.4% in the United States and 44.6% in China) happen in the space where effective risk mitigation measures are lacked. Finally we come to the conclusion that bird strike does not mostly happen in the airport bird control area and bird strike prevention at high levels should be focused.
