摘要
本文基于GIS分析方法研究了参数内在的空间一致性,发现地面交通100 km或1.5小时对应的地理范围有较大差异,且四大区的不一致程度变化显著,不宜作为一个普适性标准。本文进一步从时间角度研究,发现该参数是基于现状的考虑,而未能以远期目标为基础,而后者在理论上是更优的。最后,本文从机场体系发展的角度做了扩展讨论,阐述了若按当前参数实现基本覆盖的目标,则不利于机场体系的完善。基于上述反思,本文提出了修改机场有效服务距离参数的建议。
Based on GIS, this paper firstly studies the space consistency, revealing the inconsis- tency of the national ground transportation at the range of 100km or 1.5h＇s geographical range and the inconsistency varies significantly in different regions. After further study of China＇s airports system, we find that the standard was made to adopt to current situations, but not for long-term goals. Then this paper argues that the current parameters coverage is not conducive to the improvement of the air- port system. Finally this paper puts forward some suggestions to modify the airport layout planning.
