目前,空中交通管制员的平均年龄呈逐年降低的趋势,安全隐患日益凸现。本文针对这种情况,对见习管制员和新放单管制员从事空中交通管制的风险进行了分析,并提出了应对风险的若干安全管控措施。

At present, the average age of the air traffic controllers reduces year by year, the safety risks are highlighted. This paper analyzes risks in the air traffic control of the trainee controllers and young controllers are analyzed, and puts forward some safety controlmeasures against risks.
