摘要
山东LNG接收站在投产前夕发生LNG管道泄漏,针对管线泄漏制定了四套方案,并从作业安全性、修复质量、修复速度等多个方面进行方案比选,最终选择了在泄漏部位增加1吋法兰短管,焊接完成后法兰封堵的方案进行泄漏处理,顺利完成修复并按时投产,效果良好。
Pipeline leakage of Shandong LNG receiving station occurred on the eve of production, and how to solve this problem becomes the key factor of production before the first commercial LNG ship to the port. Shandong LNG receiving station proposed four solutions to pipeline leakage, and compared them from the aspects of security, quality and speed. Finally we chose to increase an inch flange short pipe to leakage part and use flange to seal after the completion of the welding. In this way, the repaired pipeline put into production on time and operates nor-mally so far.
