摘要
通过对液化气体汽车罐车定期检验中发现的罐体尾部与车底架焊接位置焊缝开裂的原因进行分析,得到了以下结论:采用球形封头的液化气体罐车的结构设计问题是罐体尾部封头与底架焊缝开裂的主要原因,而非对称循环交变应力及焊接结构的应力集中现象构成了罐车疲劳破坏的重要因素。针对液化气体汽车罐车焊缝开裂的原因,从罐车的设计、制造、安全管理及教育培训等方面提出了建议,以保障罐车的储运安全。
The reason of weld cracking on welding position between tank's tail and chassis of LPG tank vehicle is analyzed. The following conclusions are obtained:main reason of the tail tank head and bottom weld cracking was the structure design of the liquefied gas tanker with the spherical head, and the important factor of tanker fatigue failure was non symmetric cyclic alternating stress and the stress concentration phenomenon of welding structure. To ensure safe storage and transportation of liquefied gas tanker, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions from the tank design, manufacturing, management and safety education and training etc.
