总结了在役天然气长输管道上容易出现的防腐层破损、金属腐蚀、外力损伤、管材和焊缝超标缺欠、天然气冲蚀造成的管壁减薄、以及湿硫化氢引起的损伤等缺陷,从技术和管理角度介绍了停输换管、带压封堵维修、焊接修复、带压开孔切除、夹具补强、纤维复合材料补强、复合套筒修复、加强监管和定期检测等多种常用的缺陷处理方法,分析了不同方法的原理和优缺点,为在役天然气长输管道运行管理及缺陷处理提供了技术支撑。
This paper sums up the below mentioned defects existing in long - distance natural gas pipeline, such as erosion resistant coating damage, metallic corrosion, external force damage, defect of tube and weld, natural gas erosive effect on reduction of wall and damage caused by wet hydrogen sulfide etc In terms of technique and management, it introduces common methods, such as tube replacement after shutdown, plug the leak under pressure, welding repair, hot tapping technology, clamp and fiber composite reinforcement, composite sleeve repair, management strengthen and periodic detection etc. It analyzed the principle of different methods and listed advantages and disadvantages, which provides technical reference for running management in long - dis- tance natural gas pipeline in service.
