摘要
研究了加油机用普通滤芯和防水滤芯对油品静电起电的影响。研究结果表明,滤芯能显著影响油品的静电起电特性。滤芯的孔径越小,油品的静电带电荷量越大;相同情况下,汽油的静电危险性高于柴油;防水滤芯对油品静电起电的影响略大于普通滤芯。加油站应根据油品的特性合理选择滤芯,必要时应降低油品流速,以减小静电风险。
This paper studies how ordinary filtrates and anti -water filtrates for fuel dispensers influence the electrostatic performance of product oil. The result shows that the filtrates can deeply affect the electrostatic performance of product oil. The smaller the pore size of the filtrate is, the bigger the amount of the electrostatic charge of product oil is. Petro is more dangerous than diesel oil on electrostatic risk under the same circumstance. The influence of anti -water filtrates is a bit bigger than that of ordinary filtrates on the electrostatic performance of product oil. Gas stations should select the filtrates legitimately according to the properties of product oil. If it's essential the flow velocity should be decreased to reduce the electrostatic risk.
