对外贸易业务政策性、法律性、技术性都比较强,外贸风险比较大。对于出口商而言,加强对外贸易业务的风险控制对于企业的稳步发展具有重要意义。外贸业务风险说到底都是系统风险,因此,从系统的视角去防范和控制外贸风险具有积极的意义。对外贸易业务系统是由商流体系、物流体系、单据流体系、资金流体系构成的运动系统。由于各组成部分的性质和地位不相同,只要抓住系统的核心和关键,就能有效地控制外贸业务风险。

Foreign business shows strong policy, legality, technicality and risk. To exporters, strengthening risk controlling of foreign business has great significance for the development of the enterprise. Foreign business risk ultimately comes down to the system risk, therefore, from the angle of system to prevent and control the risk of foreign trade has positive significance. Foreign trade business system is the movement of the system which is made up of commercial circulation system, logistics system, document flow system, capital system. Its nature and status of each component varies greatly, so seizing the core and key of the system can effectively control the foreign trade business risk.
