长三角城市群承接服务外包竞争力水平探析——基于因子分析和聚类分析的研究

On the Competitiveness Level of Undertaking Service Outsourcing in the Yangtze River Delta City Group:Based on Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis

基于因子分析和聚类分析法,借助于环境、人力、成本3个方面的10个指标,对长三角地区的11个服务外包城市承接服务外包业务的竞争力水平展开分析,结果显示:上海为龙头发展型,苏州、无锡、南京、杭州为快速前进型,常州、扬州等6个城市为后发优势型。为避免重走制造业发展中无序竞争的老路,长三角地区城市群在承接服务外包业务中应注意错位发展,突出特色。

Based on factor analysis and cluster analysis, by means of the 10 indicators of the three aspects of the environment, labor and cost, this article analyzes the competitiveness level of the 11 service outsourcing cities in the Yangtze River Delta region to undertake service outsourcing. The results show that Shanghai is the type of leading development ; Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, cities are the types of late-mover advantage. To Hangzhou are fast-forward; Changzhou, Yangzhou and other six avoid disorderly competition, the Yangtze River Delta city group should pay attention to the dislocation development and highlight features when undertaking service outsourcing business.
