高职学生职业素养教育体系研究——以大连职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业为例

Research on Higher Vocational Students' Professional Quality Education System: Take Agedness Services and Management Major of Dalian Vocational Technology College as an Example

高职教育的目的是为社会培养高素质技能型人才。良好的职业素养有助于高职学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和职业观,更好地适应社会发展需求。老年服务与管理专业学生服务的对象是老年人,具有高尚的职业素养尤其重要。以老年服务与管理专业为例,阐述学生职业素养教育的意义,并对职业素养教育体系的构建与实践进行具体分析和探讨。

Higher vocational education aims to train high quality talent with technical ability. Good professional quality helps higher vocational students set up the correct outlook on life, values and professional ideology, and better adapt to the development of the society. The service object of students majoring in agedness services and management is the elderly, so the noble professional quality is particularly important. Taking agedness services and management major as an example, this paper expounds the significance of students＇ professional quality education, and analyzes the construction and practice of professional quality education system.
