高职院校思想政治理论课校外实践教学基地模式及保障机制探析——以扬州职业大学为例

The Model and Safeguard Mechanism of Off-campus Practice Teaching Base of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Higher Vocational Colleges:Take Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an Example

校外实践基地是思想政治理论课实践教学的有效载体。基地的选择应按照思想政治理论课的教学目的和要求,符合针对性、有效性,就近性、新颖性,共建性、双赢性的原则。基地既可以是为实现思想政治理论课实践教学目标而专门建立的"单基地",也可以是与专业实践教学基地相结合的"双基地"。可通过组织保障、资源保障、运行保障、考评激励保障等机制确保校外实践基地有序运行。

Off-campus practice base is the effective carrier of the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course. The base, which can be both the single base set up specifically to achieve the practice teaching goal and the double base that combined with professional practice teaching base, should be selected in accordance with the teaching objectives and requirements of ideological and political theory course, in line with pertinence, effectiveness, proximity, novelty, co-construction and win-win principles, through the safeguard mechanism of organization, resources, operation, evaluation and incentive to ensure the smooth running of off-campus practice base.
