On Relations and Role of Teachers and Students in Project based Learning

摘要 项目教学中的师生角色相对传统教学发生了根本性的改变。教师由教学中的中心地位变成了学生学习的领路人、组织者、指导者和评判员,而学生由被动的学习者变成了学习的主体和项目实施的实践者、参与者和合作者。因此对师生关系的角色进行重新定位对促进项目教学更好的发展有举足轻重的作用。 There has been a fundamental change in the roles of teachers and students in PBL(project based learning) from the traditional ones. The teacher centered class is replaced by student centered one, in which teachers have become students' learning tutor, organizer of classroom activities, mentor and judge of students performance, while students are not the passive attender of classes but the active participants and collaborators of project learning activities.Therefore, the paper believes that to promote the effectiveness of PBL, it is important to redefine the relations between teachers and students and the role of students and teachers.
