摘要
翻转课堂的出现颠覆了传统教学模式,对换了传统师生角色,把课堂时间重新规划。教师从知识传授者转变成学习引导者,既是教学管理者也是学习促进者。学生从知识被动接受者变成主动研究者,主动对问题进行探究和解决。通过分析知识内化与翻转课堂原理、特点,对高职商务英语专业的《国际市场营销(双语)》进行课堂翻转的教学设计,并分析了在实践过程中出现的困难与挑战,以期对课堂翻转研究提供些建议。
The flipped classroom innovates traditional teaching and pedagogy, turning the tradition teaching into more student-centered way. The role of teachers shifts from instructors to more facilitators or coaches. Learning becomes more active and effective. This article puts forward a flipped class teaching plan after a careful study of the theories on knowledge construction, the principles and characteristics of the flipped approach and tries to apply it to classes of International Marketing, hoping to shed some lights on the pedagogy.
