摘要
以5所高职10名辅导员质的研究,探讨高职辅导员职业状态。通过访谈发现,辅导员的工作内容、工作环境和条件、职业主观状态、职业认同、职业发展呈现出边缘化状态。造成这一状况,既有国家政策、体制和环境的问题,也有辅导员态度、信念、认知的问题,如辅导员普遍表现出主观胜任力较高、对专职教师表现出过度认同等。
The research is to explore the higher vocational counselor's occupational status. 10 counselors from 5higher vocational colleges are interviewed. It is found that counselor's work, working condition and environment, professional identification, subjective status and professional development are marginal. The paper believes that the government policy, institution and environment as well as counselor's attitude, belief, perception may all account for these problems.
