手机党建:网络环境下高校大学生党建模式探讨

信息化时代传播介质的发展给高校大学生党建带来机遇和挑战,大学生党建模式应顺应时代潮流,利用新媒体环境的优势条件推动党建模式的创新发展。手机党建作为网络党建的延伸,其便利性、快捷性和有效性为大学生党建提供了一种可行的新的发展模式。手机党建模式具有独特优势和实施的现实可能性,可构建"数据库-网络-客户端"三方信息平台,拓展"党委-党支部-党员"三级宣传手段,搭载"推送-接收-反馈"信息交互渠道,推动高校大学生党员的宣传教育模式的创新发展。

The advance of propagation medium in the Information Age brings opportunities and challenges to development of Chinese Communist Party（CCP） organization. The paper proposes that new media such as network and mobile phone should be used to promote the development of CCP. As a new media, mobile phone is convenient and widely used by college students which offers great opportunity to expand CCP membership. This paper proposes a mode of developing CCP organization, including ＂database- Network- Client＂ tripartite information platform,a three levels propaganda system of ＂committees- branch grassroots party organization＂ and information exchange channels of ＂push reception- feedback＂ to promote innovation and the development of propaganda and education mode.
