刺络拔罐加艾箱灸治疗带状疱疹临床观察

Efficacy of blood-letting puncture adding cupping and Moxibustion in treating herpes zoster

目的探讨刺络拔罐加艾箱灸治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法把60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用刺络拔罐加艾箱灸治疗,对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦片治疗,7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组有效29例,有效率为96.7%;对照组有效27例,有效率为90%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐加艾箱灸治疗带状疱疹见效快,疗程短,无不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of blood- letting puncture adding cupping and Moxibustion in treating herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group each 30 cases.Patients intreatment group were treated by blood- letting puncture adding cupping and Moxibustion,control group were used oral Aciclovir,7 d a course,analized the effect after two courses. Results Totally 29 cases were effective in treatment group,the efficiency was 96. 7%. 27 cases were effective in control group,the efficiency was 90%,the differences were significant. Conclusion The effect of blood- letting puncture adding cupping and Moxibustion is satisfactory and prompt for herpes zoster,worth of clinical application.
