异丙酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究静吸复合麻醉和异丙酚+芬太尼或瑞芬太尼复合靶控静脉麻醉的临床效果。方法择取收治住院的进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的99例患者,根据麻醉方法的差异随机分成三组,各33例,其中甲组和乙组患者的靶控静脉麻醉方式分别为:异丙酚+芬太尼和异丙酚+瑞芬太尼,丙组患者实施静吸复合麻醉,比较三组的临床麻醉效果。结果在术中,甲组和乙组的血压及心率明显高于丙组(P<0.05);在术后,甲组和乙组的疼痛评分及不良反应发生率明显低于丙组(P<0.05),术后拔管及清醒时间、呼吸及定向力恢复时间明显短于丙组(P<0.05)。结论应用异丙酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉效果较好,能提高麻醉的稳定性,故值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To explore the static absorption of the compound anesthesia with propofol plus fentanyl or red fentanyl composite target control the clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia. Methods Will pick our hospital of 99 patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery,according to the different anesthetic methods of random is divided into three groups,33 cases,including students' and the target of controlling intravenous anesthesia in patients,the static absorption compound anesthesia for the comparison of three groups of clinical anesthesia effect. Results The intraoperative,blood pressure and heart rate of first division and group b was obviously higher than that of c group( P〈 0. 05); After surgery,the first division and the hydrated pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in group c( P〈 0. 05),postoperative extubation and waking hours,breathing and directional force recovery time is much shorter than( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of propofol compound fentanyl or target control,fentanyl intravenous anesthesia effect is good,can improve the stability of anesthesia,so it is worth clinical application and promotion.
