3391株结膜囊细菌培养结果及耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解中国人群结膜囊细菌的分布及耐药性,为眼科术前结膜囊无菌化操作提供用药依据。方法统计并分析2012年1月—2014年6月结膜囊送检标本中分离的细菌及药敏结果。结果共分离菌株3 391株,其中革兰阳性菌3 289株占96.99%,革兰阴性菌102株占3.01%;革兰阳性菌中前3位分别为表皮葡萄球菌(1434株)、金黄色葡萄球菌(151株)和肺炎链球菌(134株),革兰阴性菌中检出率较高的为卡他莫拉菌(20株);没有一种抗菌药物能对所有细菌保持较高的敏感度。结论结膜囊细菌分布以葡萄球菌属、链球菌属为主,细菌的耐药性比较严重,为保障术前结膜囊的无菌化操作,需合理选用抗菌药物并密切监测细菌耐药趋势。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resisitance of clinical isolates derived from conjunctival sac in Chinese people. To provide theoretical evidence for intraocular surgery preparation. Methods We analysed all the conjunctival sac pathogens isolated from January,2012 to June,2014 and the drug resistance results. Results A total of 3391 bacterial isolates and their antibacterial susceptibility data were collected during the survey period,which included 96. 99% strains of gram- positive bacteria and 3. 01% strains of gram- negative bacteria. Staphylococcus epidermidis( 1434 strains),Staphylococcus aureus( 151 strains) and Streptococcus pneumonia( 134 strains) were the top three gram- positive isolates,while Moraxelle catarrhalis( 20 strains) were the most common gram- negative isolates. No antibiotic was effective against all the bacteria isolated. Conclusion Staphylococcus,Streptococcus remain the predominant pathogens isolate from the patients in our hospital. Bacterial resistance is serious. We should keep continuously close surveillance for the changes of bacterial resistance in conjunctival sac and select rationally antibiotics before intraoular surgery.
