摘要
大学生毕业后选择酒店就业的比率近几年明显低于其它服务行业,即便大学毕业生入职酒店,其流动率也是居高不下,这种现象已引起业界高度关注。通过变换视角分析研究认为,大学生个体性格和心理倾向的差异性对其在酒店择业具有一定影响。以大学实习生为例,实证分析其实习阶段及留职酒店工作后的心理倾向差异与在酒店业就业的相关性,并从顾客对酒店业的认识、社会对酒店业的认识、学校教育对酒店业的认识、家庭对酒店业的认识以及大学生个体对酒店业的认识等五大因素进行了分析讨论,并提出了对策和建议。
The employment rate of university graduates choosing hotel industry in recent years, has been significantly lower than that of other services, even so, its turnover rate is also high, which has attracted attention in this industry. From a changed perspective, with analysis and research, the paper suggests that college students' individual personality and psychological difference tend to have an impact on their choice of career in hotel industry. It takes college students for example and empirically analyzes the correlation between their psychological tendency differences in their practice and retention stage in hotel and their career choice in hotel in- dustry. What's more, it analyzes such five factors as customer's, public, school education, family and university students' individual understanding of hotel industry, and then puts for- ward countermeasures and suggestions.
