大气颗粒物与DNA甲基化关系的研究进展
摘要
大气颗粒物不断地危害着人类健康,它不仅与呼吸系统疾病、心血管疾病具有关联性,而且还可以诱导氧化应激、免疫缺陷和慢性炎症等与致癌作用至关重要的生物变化,而这些生物变化可以通过改变甲基化机制影响基因表达。在应对环境压力时,特定位点的DNA甲基化可以发生快速改变。
