摘要
新页HF-2井是中石化西南油气分公司第2口页岩气勘探井。根据邻井情况和工程地质施工技术难点,对页岩气井身结构、钻井液体系进行了设计,先采用钻导眼井,再回填侧钻的四开结构。钻井过程中,运用螺杆钻具适度地复合钻进,合理地选择钻具组合、钻头类型和钻井参数等技术措施,同时定向段采用聚胺仿油基钻井液、水平段采用油基钻井液,保证了该井优质中靶,电测、下套管作业均一次性成功,是小井眼水平段水平井施工的典型案例,为同类型井钻井积累了宝贵的经验。
Well Xinye HF-2was the second exploratory well of shale gas in Southwest Oil and Gas Company,SINOPEC.According to the adjacent well conditions and technical problems of engineering geology,the well structure and drilling fluid system for the shale gas drilling were designed the well was designed 4th spud drilling for drilling pilot hole first,and then backfilling and sidetracking.In the drilling process,the measures taken for the operation included application of screw drill in an appropriate compound drilling,rational selection of bottom hole assembly,selection of bits and drilling parameters.At the same time,polyamine drilling fluid system was used for directional drilling and oil-based drilling fluid was used for horizontal drilling for ensuring the one-time success of target drilloing,electric logging and casing running.Meanwhile,the well is one of the typical operations cases of slim-hole drilling of horizontal wells,it would accumulate valuable experience for drilling the same types of wells.
