摘要
助流举升技术可以充分利用套管气的能量,帮助泵举升流体。将套管气从合适的深度注入油管,可以减小油管压力梯度,从而减小泵的排出口压力,提高泵的举升效率。套管气助流举升设计最主要的是确定注气深度。研究了套管气助流举升的工艺原理以及设计理论与方法,在此基础上分析了多个参数对注气深度的影响,最后考虑生产过程中含水率的变化,对一口油井进行了套管气助流举升设计。
The flow aided lifting technique could fully use the energy of casing gas to assist the pump to lift fluid.The casing gas was Injected into the oil tubings at the appropriate depth for reducing the pressure gradient of the tubings,and then reducing the discharge outlet pressure of the pump,thus to improve the lifting efficiency.Determining the injection depth is the most important in the design of the flow aided lifting with casing gas.The principle of the flow aided lifting technique and the theories and methods of the design are researched,on the basis of study the effect of the main parameters on the injection depth are analyzed.Finally,the change of water cut is taken into account in production process,the flow aided lifting with casing gas is designed optimally for one oil well.
