自动混浆固井作业是新型固井水泥车的主要功能,根据自动混浆装置的工作原理,需要各系统的密切配合才能实现。提出了自动混浆时各系统(包括润滑系统、液压系统、气路系统)的技术要求,以及柱塞泵超压保护和管路调整,目的是使自动混浆固井作业能安全顺利地实施。

The automatic slurry blending operation was a major function of the new type of cementing trucks,according to its operation principles,its implementation needed a close cooperation of each system.The technical requirements for all systems of the automatic blending are proposed,which include the lubricating system,hydraulic system and pneumatic system,as well as protection of overpressure in the plunger and pipeline adjustment,its purpose is for a safe and smoothing operation of the blending operation.
