油水井措施施工数字化监控平台的设计与实践 被引量:5

摘要 如何在目前数字化油田的大环境下实现措施施工的有效管理,是油田急需解决的问题。根据油田油水井生产实际,通过对油水井措施施工目前存在的问题及其需求分析,提出了油水井措施施工数字化监控平台的设计技术路线和设计方案。油水井措施施工信息化监控系统主要由现场数据采集及传输单元和远程服务器监控平台两个部分组成。2014年分别在长庆油田冯地坑作业区、马房山作业区堵水调剖措施施工现场进行了现场数据采集及传输单元的安装、调试和测试,达到了预期的设计效果,为国内其他油田的措施施工提供了参考。 Because it was movable in stimulation operation of oil and water wells,it was difficult for field managers and technicians to master the oilfield situations and obtain the key data and information.In consideration of the actual situation of production in oil and water wells and by analyzing the current problems and field demands in the stimulation operations,the technical route and design program for the digitalized monitoring platform of the stimulation wells were proposed.Application shows that the desired design result is obtained,it provides reference for stimulation in oil and water wells of other oilfields.
