Advances in the treatment of bronchial asthma with mesenchymal stem cells

摘要 间充质干细胞是一类具有自我复制和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,广泛分布于人及动物多种组织和器官中。本文就间充质干细胞在支气管哮喘治疗中的作用作一综述,并探讨其可能的作用机制。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are well self-regenerative,plasticitive and pluripotent adult stem cells, which are distributed to different organs and tissues in man and animal. This paper critically reviews the protective effects of MSCs in the treatment of bronchial asthma, and explores itrs potential mechanism.
