摘要
多通道食管阻抗-pH监测能直接监测酸和非酸反流,提供非酸反流和咳嗽间假设因果关系的另加信息,优于单纯的24h食管pH监测,已在胃食管反流性咳嗽的诊断、疗效评估和发生机制的研究中得到较广泛的应用。将来有可能成为评估胃食管反流的标准方法。然而,多通道食管阻抗-pH还不是诊断胃食管反流性咳嗽的金标准,其不足仍需进一步研究改进。
Multichannel intraluminal esophageal impedance-pH monitoring is superior to ambulatory 24 h esophageal pH monitoring in that it can directly detect both acid and non-acid reflux,and provides the additional information of non-acid reflux and the temporal association between cough and non-acid reflux. Currently, multichannel intraluminal esophageal impedance-pH monitoring has been increasingly used in the diagnosis, evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and research of underlying mechanisms for gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough,and may become the future standard for reflux monitoring. However, multichannel intralurninal esophageal impedance-pH monitoring is not the gold standard for the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough,and it limitations need to be improved by the further study.
