系统疫苗学在疫苗效能评价中的应用 被引量:1

The application of system vaccinology in vaccine evaluation

摘要 疫苗接种是现代医学发展取得的一个伟大成就,近十几年来,系统生物学技术在疫苗学研究领域中的逐步应用,一定程度上填补了现有许多疫苗在最基本的作用机制方面存在的缺陷,并能借助该技术预测机体对疫苗的反应,从而有助于人们合理地评价和测试新疫苗的免疫效能。因而介绍系统疫苗学的概念、与传统疫苗学的区别,并以黄热病和HIV疫苗等疫苗为例阐述系统疫苗学在疫苗评价中的应用,可为疫苗效能评价体系的完善提供一定参考。 The vaccination is a great victory for modem medicine. Application of systems biology in vaccinology can potentially fill many gaps in the basic mechanism of action of the current successful vaccines and predict the respond of body to the vaccine. Thus systems biology may contribute to developing and testing the new vaccine rationally. Here, we review the concept of system vaccinology and the differences between it and traditional vaccine,we then illustrate the application of system vaccinology with the example of the yellow fewer vaccine YF-17D and HIV vaccine. This review may provide some references for the improvement of the evaluation system on vaccine efficacy.
