赵绍琴慢性肾病辨治理论和经验的传承发展

Development and Inheritance of the Experience and Theory of Differentiation and Treatment for Chronic Nephrosis by Prof. Zhao Shaoqin

北京中医药大学已故赵绍琴教授是当代著名中医学家、中医教育家,是当代燕京医学传承的主要代表人物之一。赵老在慢性肾病方面的辨治思想受到京城四大名医之一汪逢春先生学术的影响。赵老把温病的卫气营血理论及湿热病的治疗经验运用于慢性肾病的临床辨治,以凉血化瘀为大法,配合控制饮食和运动锻炼,进行综合治疗,疗效十分显著。赵绍琴教授在20世纪70年代突破传统理论束缚,提出了慢性肾病新论,包括:慢性肾病非单纯肾虚论、慢性肾病慎食高蛋白论、慢性肾病宜运动锻炼论、慢性肾病可遗传获得论、慢性肾功能损害可逆论。北京中医药大学彭建中教授作为赵老的学术继承人,发展赵老对肾病治疗的经验,总结出慢性肾病的治疗六法,即凉血化瘀法、疏风胜湿法、疏调三焦法、分消利湿法、通腑排毒法、益气培元法,完善了慢性肾病的治疗理论,提高了临床疗效。

Prof. Zhao Shaoqin is the deceased master in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and is the famous medical master and TCM educator and one of the chief representatives of Yanjing medicine in the contemporary era. In the differentiation and treatment of chronic nephrosis,Prof. Zhao was impressed by the academic thought of Mr. Wang Fengchun,one of the four famous medical masters in Beijing. Prof. Zhao had brought the theory of wei,qi,ying and xue of epidemic febrile disease as well as the treatment experiences in damp and febrile diseases,which had been applied in the clinical differentiation and treatment of chronic nephrosis. The major therapeutic principle is cooling blood and resolving stasis,associated with diet control and physical exercise. The efficacy is very significant. In 1970 s,Prof. Zhao broke through the restriction of traditional theory and proposed the new theories of chronic nephrosis,including non- simply kidney deficiency,the caution of high protein diet,proper physical exercise,the inherent acquisition and reversibility of chronic renal damage. Being the academic inheritor of Prof. Zhao Shaoqin,Prof. Peng Jianzhong in Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine developed Prof. Zhao＇s experience in treatment of nephrosis and summarized the six therapeutic methods for the treatment of chronic nephrosis,named cooling blood and resolving stasis,dispersing wind and removing dampness,regulating Sanjiao,promoting digestion and diuresis,promoting bowel movement and detoxification,and benefiting qi and cultivating the kidney so as to perfect the treatment theory and improve the clinical efficacy of chronic nephrosis.
