中医药分阶段治疗肺癌的思路

Rational Option on Treating Lung Cancer-Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined with Other Treatments by Stages as One of Comprehensive Methods

中医药在肺癌防治方面发挥着重要作用,文章简要介绍了肺癌术后患者和非手术患者的中医药治疗方案。术后患者分三个阶段防治肺癌复发、转移:第一阶段扶正培本;第二阶段西医化疗"祛邪"、中医减毒增效;第三阶段中医扶正祛邪,抗复发、转移。非手术患者分两个阶段治疗:第一阶段以化疗为主,辅以中药扶正减毒增效;第二阶段以中医药综合维持治疗,也是抗肿瘤生长、转移的主要阶段。文中同时介绍了抗肿瘤中药注射剂、口服汤剂、口服抗肿瘤中成药与化疗、靶向治疗等"祛邪"手段的有机结合,希冀中医药分阶段治疗能让更多的肺癌患者受益。

Chinese herbal medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment for lung cancer. In this paper,it introduces Chinese herbal medicine preventing recurrence and metastasis for post-operative patients and treating non- operative patients by stages as one of comprehensive treatment methods,and it respectively states the status of Chinese herbal medicine combined with surgery,chemotherapy,and targeted therapy,especially chemotherapy. It is hoped that more patients with lung cancer can get benefit from Chinese herbal medicine as one of comprehensive methods.
