摘要
本文从高校文化生态的视角分析A学院双语教育存在的问题,包括教育观念、双语课程建设、教师的知识储备、双语教学管理及其多元评价体系的建立等问题。提出了实施领导与教师的跨文化培训、加强校园文化和双语教师队伍建设、积极开发隐性课程、细化多元评价体系等针对性策略。
This paper analysis the problem of bilingual teaching in a college from the perspective of ecological culture in universities and colleges,they include the education idea,construction of bilingual curriculum,teacher knowledge reserve,bilingual teaching management and multi evaluation system establishment and so on.After that,the paper puts forward some related implementations which include cross cultural training for teacher leadership,strengthening the building of the contingent of campus culture and bilingual teachers,actively developing the recessive curriculum,and refining the multi-dimensional evaluation system.
