摘要
传统的法学专业实践教学存在着诸多功利性问题,在一定程度上影响了法科学生法律思维的型塑。法学专业实践教学不能"授之以鱼",而应该"授之以渔",法学专业实践教学应该将重点放在法律思维的培养和型塑方面,提升法科学生的法律实务能力和法律认知能力,以适应社会发展需求。
There are many utilitarian problems in the traditional teaching of professional practice of law,which have affected the legal thinking of law students shape.Legal practice teaching cannot"delegate to fish",and it should"teach how to fish",legal education should clarify that the nature of the practice teaching is to shape the legal thinking of students.Law practice teaching should focus on promoting students' legal thinking and enhance the legal practice ability and cognitive ability to gain the paradigm innovation of the teaching reform of law education to meet the need of the society.
