分类分段的本科生导师制探索——以南京晓庄学院为例

Research on Classificatory Tutorial Management System on Undergraduates——A Case Study of Practice in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University

近年来,我国众多高校实施了本科生导师制,但难见成效,不同高校在实施这项制度时,遇到的问题与困难也不尽相同。本文从该项制度在牛津大学和其他国外高校的推广中得到启发,并根据南京晓庄学院导师制实施情况的调查,分析了该制度实施过程中所存在的问题,提出了分类分段导师制的实践模式及实施建议。

In recent years,many colleges and universities in China have implemented the practice of tutorial management but most results show low efficiency.Different problems and difficulties arise during the process of implementation in different universities.This paper,derived from illumination of some practice in Oxford and some other foreign universities,analyzes some practical problems of this tutorial system based on the research of implementation in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University.It provides a practical mode of implementation and some suggestions for performance enhancement.
